Please note: our full weight management programme is not available to people who are currently using weight-loss medication, including GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide or tirzepatide. You may still be offered free access to the Gro Health app. If you stop using weight-loss medication in future, you may become eligible for the full programme if you meet the other criteria.

Advice for adults aged 65 and over: as you may be at greater risk of muscle mass loss, we recommend including muscle-strengthening exercises alongside your weight management activity. We'd also encourage you to liaise with your GP if you choose to enrol on this programme.
Look out for a call or message from the Healthy Hammersmith & Fulham team. A member of the team will be in touch to introduce the programme and help you get set up, usually within a few working days. In the meantime, you qualify for free access to the Gro Health app, a digital weight management tool backed by NHS evidence.
